Colleen Mrowka, P.T., D.P.T. - Founder
Colleen received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapyfrom Quinnipiac University, Hamden, CT in 1986. She received a Master of Science in Human Performance and Exercise Physiology from Southern Connecticut State University and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University.
Colleen is committed to clinical excellence and professional growth. She regularly attends continuing education and has received post-graduate certifications in Sports Physical Therapy, Orthotic Fabrication, Ergonomic Analysis, KinesioTaping, Selective Functional Muscular Assessment, and Exercise for the Elderly. She teaches post-professional programs on Posture Analysis and Strengthening, and ScapuloCore Synergy, and Functional Ergonomics. She is a frequent public speaker on Injury Prevention Techniques and Workplace Analysis.
Colleen lives in Cheshire with her husband, children, and with Jack the Dog.

Jack, The Dog
Originally rescued from Tennessee, Jack has been a steadfast member of our staff since May 2007. As our Canine Communicator, Jack provides an eager smile, wiggle, and wag to all who come to visit. His gentle demeanor and quiet nuzzle provide a calming effect for the young and old alike.
Toni D'Aquila has spent 20 years as office administrator for private medical practices.. Toni updates our insurance contracts, and oversees our billing and collection procedures. She enjoys working with clients to help make their physical therapy experience as comfortable as possible. Her hearty laugh and quick smile helps to create a pleasant physical therapy experience.
Born in New Haven, CT, Toni has called Cheshire her home for more than 40 years. When not working, Toni loves to spend time with her family, especially grandchildren. She is an avid gardener and decorator, and our resident chef extraordinaire.
